September 17, 2013 – Polygon, a leading property damage restoration and document recovery company has opened a new document center at their Fairfield, CA location. The new center will be overseen by Document Service Director, James Gilbert who has over 16 years in the document recovery industry.

The Fairfield document restoration center enables us to more easily provide recovery services for materials damaged from water, fire and other harmful elements to our west coast customers. The ability for us to respond to the needs of a business quickly is imperative, especially when moisture damage is a factor. Otherwise, we begin to have to address mold concerns, as well as the initial moisture damage.

-James Gilbert

Joe Perko, who worked at Rapid Refile, LLC prior to its acquisition by Polygon, will be the west coast representative for Polygon’s document remediation services.

The new document restoration center offers all of the document services available at other Polygon centers, including vacuum freeze drying, desiccant low pressure air drying, cleaning, odor neutralization, sterilization and gamma irradiation. The Fairfield location also performs digital imaging, secure destruction, off-site storage and other document related services.

Our technicians are trained to recommend the best means of drying or cleaning damaged materials to get the best results possible with the least amount of interruption for any company or organization.

With the addition of the new Fairfield center, Polygon now has 24 locations throughout the United States offering property damage, document recovery, humidity control and related disaster recovery services. The company also has 3 locations in Canada.
